Alright Dave!
When I left Naples I just gave my boat away to the people who bought my home. I was supposed to go back and get it but after a few months I just told the guy to keep it and sent him title.
I knew it would just be a money pit...................

That was a good deal for them.I've been real lucky with my boats they haven't cost me a lot of money, but i do take care of them.Everyone else i know spends a fortune on theirs.I can't see me buying another i think that was the last one.

Dave, you could always just go get a canoe with a little trolling motor and fish around Lovers Key

my Father had boats forever when I grew up, to me it was just a pain to wash and clean them all the time and have to maintain them, winterize, etc.
easier to go out of friends boats :D

Now you make me wish i was on the boat.:D
Back in the mid 80's I was doing a lot of bass fishing. I bought a nice Bass Tracker boat and used it a few times. About the same time I bought a small two man boat and used it all the time, about wore it out. After a few years my B-I-L asked if I wanted to sell the Tracker. I told him sure, but told him that if he ever wanted to sell it to let me know, I might want to buy it back. A few years later he calls me saying he was thinking about selling it, so I bought it back but he told me to let him know if I ever wanted to sell it, he might want it back. He bought it back and has it now. I'll probably let him keep it.:)

I got's this 1986 vintage Bayliner Ciera personally restored to 2010 boating standards.... which includes a fresh water cooled, factory brand new, 350 chevy V8 with duals, quads, cams, carbs.... it's shaved, ported, releaved, the unit is lowered, boared, stroked.... rolled, pleated, tuffed and.... it's gold plated.
This unit hauls arse.... and catches fish (or crabs) onna' Chesapeake like crazy.
I've used it twice this year.
What a spensive' waste.
It would make a nice replacement, Stoner. What say you?
BTW.... that's my youngest at the helm.
Boat is sooo' quick it passed b4 I took these pics :---)

Oh Kate I do wish I could take credit for that one but the man who taught me how to sail when I was a child told me that a few years ago upon learning that Bobby had bought a small sail boat. How right he was!
