No.....

But once I pushed my mechanics creeper out from under a pickup (not quite far enough) so that....
when I jumped to my feet.......
I conked my noggin' onna' bottom of the pickup step board and
the creeper caught me onna' way down....
and I rode that creeper across the garage floor....
underneath another raised vehicle where.....
I did the same thing all over again.....
but this time on the bottom of the second vehicle's rear bumper edge.

Doh!

Dave - can't say I've done that one - but similar - one time was unloading tile standing in the bed of my pick up and handing it down to a guy on the ground - I had backed right up to the garage door - after getting into a rythym & picking up some speed - I spun around with a case of tile only to bust my head into the garage door header hard enough to drop me like a fly - took me several seconds to figure out where I was :noid:

Also caused me to drop the tile on my foot - corner of the case hit directly on top of my foot - 18x18's -I had a bruise for probably 2 weeks :(

I just remembered i had a helper once i told to shut the garage door on our way out.He jumps up from the outside of the garage and grabs the top of the door,Well when it came rolling down it pinched his fingers at the top against the header and he was left hanging by his finger tips his feet flailing in midair.I was laughing so hard i could not help him.He hung for a few minutes till he wiggled loose. To this day i laugh every time i see him.:D
Dave i think i saw that very same thing on Ernest scared stupid.

yeah i could tell ya stories of dumb crap i have over the years and trust me i am not the perfect OSHA model. but I do belive the best of the dumbest thing i did. Was cut a 6x6 for a fence post on saw horses and ya guessed it hit my foot and ya i was in my florida work shoes flip flops.

but hey like i told everyone at schulter ville. if i dont bleed twice on a large job then major things happen. so i stock up on bandaids and first aid kits

In my helper days, I was working on a high-rise hotel roof that we were partially enclosing for some new rooms. To maintain the roof membrane we built a raised deck above it for the floor. Well, one day I was hurrying across the new raised deck and forgot to duck when trying to walk thru the doorway in the concrete wall, which wasn't raised yet. I had a tool box on my shoulder and I went down and the tool box went down and it took me a while to get back up. Saw some serious constellations too.

That count?:D

If standing up or walking into the lumber rack on your truck counts...........then yes, I've done that....more than once

Trailer hitches also seem to bite me in the shins regularly.

Hit my head many times getting out of the little trailer I used to own. One particular time, I was sitting on the back of the trailer waiting for the little birdies to stop circling my head, and my son pointed up to the spot where my head hit and said, "Hey, Dad. Look, there's some of your hair stuck up there!"

Makes me really appreciate the bigger trailer I got now. I can climb in and out the doors without hitting my coconut.

I use to have a trailer with a drop down tail. it was a 6 x12 enclosed big trailer. Well went to shut it one day not thinking it semmed as if going up too fast and i jumped over to side to grab and slow it down and yepppers I got my fingers slammed in there. yeah it was a nice feeling for a few days i got rid of it soon after.
