Hi Guys and Gals, say I've done probably over a hundred slate showers, they're very popular here in the northwoods. But this is the first one I've had that keeps bleeding out rust and also a black gunk kind of pushes out like a growth that reeks like stagnant water. I've sealed it twice with Miracle sealer's "seal & enhancer", which I've always thought to be an excellent product.
Does anyone have any other ideas ?

Tell the customer it's the Zen leaking out of their Chineese slate.
:devil2:
Sorry, no actual good info, had it happen before it will eventually stop the more it's used. Who picked the product? They did.

You got it. They picked the product, but it's my fault because I didn't tell our creator to make all slate perfect for showers

Tell them it came from mud and is now going back to mud. Truth can't hurt...

tell them to use another shower and forget about it :D
not much you can do, unfortunately.
it amazes me how much money people spend on stuff and they dont even do minimal research before buying.
