So I just finished a small (3' x 3') insert for a kitchen backsplash. It's a field of mixed tumbled travertine bordered by two strips of glass tile.
My problem is...when I sealed the travertine with Stone Specific Sealer and Enhancer it left a residue on the glass tile that I cannot get off. I did clean as I went but it seemed doomed right off the bat anyway. It doesn't seem like that normal gummy mess that sealer can leave behind. I've never had this much trouble getting sealer off of glass tile.
Any thoughts?

Try to carefully scrape off the sealer with a sharp razor blade. If you are afraid of doing that, try rubbing it with a non-stick friendly scrubby pad or take a rag dampened with some of the sealer and wipe the tiles to re-emulsify the sealer and then vigorously buff it off with a clean, lint-free rag.
Maybe try the last one first.
It is early _ I have not had coffee yet.

Have you tried a Magic Eraser on something like this?

I dunno if it would help. I've used them to remove a lot of stuff from a lot of stuff, but not what you are doing. Try in an inconspicuous place first.

I have and use this all the time, nothing works better IMHO, never tried it with sealers on glass, but it should work, this stuff will clean 30 year old shower door glass and make em look like new.

A glass supplier near me carries it.:)
Spread it on like wax and scrub with an orange scrubby pad that comes with it or get the pads at HD in the tile and rout section.
Scrub it with water after applying it and rinse.:)
