Mapei Keranet / Keracolor Problem

Hi i wonder whether you can help me out.

I have used keranet on keracolor antracite. I washed and rinsed very well after application but soon after it dried I noticed huge discolouration of the antracite. I tried washing and washing again but still no luck, colour is damaged. What would you suggest??

I have no idea what keranet is so i can't help myself.

Are you talking about discolored grout after installation and cleaning? If so, it was probably too much water that bleached out the color. Otherwise, i dunno what we are talking about. :neesie:
