#1 I believe the movie is Atom Man vs. Superman(1950). The actor playing superman is Kirk Alyn. Don't know the other one.

most people had Pipers and small planes and he used to fly in his jet. it didn't take long for some of the home associations to get together and run him out of the area. who wants a jet taking off above your nice home ?
