I haven't looked but I bet many soda's made the list. I would think Mountain Dew would be number one. Ok, I'm gonna check it out.

Rick,

all soda's aren't good for you, these are the worst.
I know Mountain Dew isn't good but others like Jolt have to be bad too.

Worst Soda
Sunkist (12 oz can)

190 calories
52 g sugar

Sweetened soft drinks account for about 10 percent of the average American's calorie consumption-about 200 completely unnecessary calories a day. For someone looking to lose 10 pounds fast, there is no simpler, quicker way to do it than by canning the soda.

They listed Sunkist as the worst. I'm sure glad Franks Black Cherry Wishniak didn't make the list.

check the calories & sugar....I'm sure they are all close.

Yep. They're all bad. Soda is actually one of the ten worst products that we eat/drink. I have never kept it in our house. Might order it once in a while when we go out but that's about it. Still, a Franks Black Cherry Wishniak sure sounds good about now.:yummy:

my Brother used to like that root beer and vanilla cream soda when he was young.
I can drink and cream soda, especially with a few scoops of ice cream in it

I'll take a Stewart's in both. :D

Rick,

ed's a drunk..what does he know?

guess you never had a Stewart's or Weber's root beer at one of there drive up places.
nothing beats the draft style root beers they sell.
We had Franks along with a few others growing up in S. Jersey.
probably like people from NY liking Jones sodas.

Scott,

stop it, I'm trying to get back into it and your eating 5000 calories a day Bro....haha
