Rob it is this easy. Just use this format to post a link to the smile or picture you want to use.

To get the link to the smile or picture you want to show just hold your curser over the object and right click,then press 'copy image location'.

then write img using the brackets and press 'control+v'(paste) with should insert the link.
Then write the img with the brackets one more time only this time put a forward slash in front of img. This forward slash in HTML means 'end'.
