Question :)
I just had a contractor seal my grout and tile and in the process some sealer was splashed onto the bottom of my new cherry cabinets and has dried. Any suggestions on what method or product(s) I can use to remove the sealer.

Hi J.
Do you know what brand of sealer it was, and do you know what type of finish the cabinets have on them?

Hi Dave :)
Maybe you can provide a link, or even better break the thread off and bring it over here?

Hi Trask :)
I found the original thread, but didn't see any mention of tile lab being used.
Hi J. :)
Could you give us details of the exact product name used? Time is not on your side right now. If it was a topical product, you do not want to reapply the sealer to remove it, as you'll only make it worse. It it was an impregnating sealer, depending whether its solvent or water base, may or may not work. Either way you risk damaging your cabinet.
Please forward the complete name of the product, as well as what type of finish on the cabinets (if known). Were these box cabinets or custom made?

The sealer brand was tile lab and the cabinets are box type and have a low sheen finish on them.
Would any type of citrus based product work?
Thanks :)

Hi J. ;)
Tile Lab what? (Penetrating Sealer, Matte Finish & Sealer, etc.)
Tile Lab has a complete product line with different properties. We need to know the full name. Green or yellow bottle?
