yeah, i would have to strangle a few of them.

that's the only thing I like about living in Florida with a
deed restricted community, non of this crap.

But then you got the condo commandos,or the nosey geezer watchin ya everytime you walk outside.I actually had a lady(church lady mind you)watchin us with binoculars,a guy can't pee off his own porch?....i prefer the acreage. :bow: :yeah:

We had one guy here in the neighborhood, a real pinhead, he totaled something like 250 violations that he "investigated" in our neighborhood of ~65 houses. He then ran for association president on a platform kicking ass and taking names on his list of "violators". Needless to say, not many people voted for him. :tongue:

when I first moved to Florida and built my house I was putting in some small trees, a few days later this little guy came walking up the street to me and I was planting more he told me with a NYC accent that "yuz need to place da treez on da side by da septic tank".

I then told him the reason I moved to Florida was to get away from clowns like him and if I hear anymore of his crap about how nice my yard looked I would plant him by my septic.

needless to say those trees still look great, nobody liked him as the Association Pres. and canned him a few months later :D
