Cleaning out the garage

I posted on Craig's list today items I wanted to get out of the garage, old Bike, golf clubs and used tile.
In about 1 hour I had takers for everything! :)

make sure you don't show people that come to your place a lot about your home, tools, etc.

to many shady people out there casing places.

Roger that. Most of my transactions take place in the driveway in front of my house - in earshot of two barking dogs behind my front door.
