South Jersey volunteers needed

Today through Saturday, a volunteers are needed for framing a new home being built in Florence NJ by "Homes for Our Troops", a non profit organization like Habitat that builds new homes for severely injured vets.

The home is being built for SSgt Andrew Robinson, a counterintelligence specialist who was paralyzed from the chest down by an IED in Irag 2 years ago.

If you know someone who would be interested in volunteering with construction, or even in providing food and beverages, please call Melanie at 508-823-3300. The project is taking place at 627 East Fifth Street in Florence, beginning at 8 am each day.

I know right where Florence is, used to live in SJ and go to the Florence Mart once inna while.

that's a good thing there doing there, especially with Fort Dix so close.

if I was up in NJ still I would surely stop out and do tile or donate some.
