I think we do, people that watch their weight, calorieds, fat, etc. shouldn't have bad stuff hid from them, that's why we have the "Nutrition Facts" on everything we eat these days. :)

This is why liberalism is a good thing, protecting the populace from parasitic vultures. "THEY" want us to be fat and obese and get diabetes, as there is a lot of money to be made in poisoning you. Look at the tobacco industry, these folks (mega- food corps)are no different.

Sure, as tile installers, most of us are way more active than the average person, and can afford a bit more latitude with the consumption ( at least that's what I keep telling myself).

As gueuzewife says, if everyone ate right and excersised, the economy would collapse! Doctors, drug companies, chemical and agribiz, transport, advertising, you name it. Fat Free or Low Fat means more sugar. People just have to learn to read those labels.

I have a great solution. No more packaged or fast food. Start from scratch. Eliminate all those funky, chemical ingredients. Eat natural. :) Then there'd be no need for labels. :idea:
