Urine stains around toilet on natural stone floor

Could anyone please advise me what products I should use to get rid of the etched urine stains on a shiny natural stone floor. I want to reseal the floor but first would like to get rid of the etched circles. Any help aprpeciated as can't see to get a good answer from my local hardware stores.

You should use an enzyme urine remover such as this..http://www.urine-out.com/ then you will need to repolish the stone, maybe an etch or water ring remover will work,like this...http://store.miraclesealants.com/product_p/wrer%204%20oz.htm if it won't bring back a polish call a restoration pro in your area.
