Does anyone know how to repair a shallow scratch on oxidized steel porcelain tiles ( black Ferroker tile from Porcelanosa)? the scratch was coused by a metal screw on the bottom of the bathroom cabinet while moving it around.
I would appreciate any advice.

I'm not familiar with that tile design myself, i'll see if i can find someone, but my guess is it'll be easiest to replace it.

The only way to repair it is to ask someone who is familiar with stainless steel polishing to use their tools and rouge.
Try a metal fabrication shop, or call a plumbing supplier and see if they have a few people to recommend.
It's not hard per se, just nerve racking.
Good luck

Hi Kasia, :)
I think replacing the piece would be easiest. I don't know anything about metallic tiles except that they scratch very easily. :)

thanks for all of your answers. I would like to replace the tile but it is a large 17x26 piece. It will be a lot of work and cost a fortune.
Thanks
