sealing with grout enhancer

So we just got done tiling our bathroom floor 1 week ago and the grout is 2 shades lighter than we want. Ive been reading on here the grout/tile enhancers should darken it some. The problem is that my over anxious husband sealed an area already. So can I still go over that part with the enhancer? Will it give it the same look in the areas that have been sealed vs the area that have not been?

It probably won't get as dark as the others, but if you can find out what the manuf. recommends as a stripper you could strip the sealer off that area and do it.
