I have recently installed a travertine countertop in our master bath. I am ready to seal the stone using Stonetech Impregnator Pro. My question is should I install the sinks and do what caulking I need to do before I seal the stone? I am using Spectrum 2000 Siliconized Acrylic Latex Caulk to finish the grout line at the base of the backsplash and was thinking about using the same product to caulk down the sinks. Will the sealer keep the caulk from adhering to the stone? Is this product the correct one for installing the sinks? Thanks in advance for your help.

Mel you might want to use a silicone caulk it will stand up to water better, unless you need the colored caulk to match the stone better, either way.

Mel -
Caulk first and let it cure before you seal. The Impregnator Pro should not affect the cured caulking.
If you seal first the caulk won't bond properly.....
