Gres porcellanato i think is essentially porcelain,so it shouldn't have a mark from water or a saw blade, but i'm guessing there is more to this story.Okay after rereading i see it's black, could be some sort of coloring or polyester/acrylic type coating on it i guess.

Dudu, we need a better understanding of what caused those marks before recommending a remover. Please describe in as much detail as you can what these marks look like.

I've found the RAK Ceramic website with some information on these porcelain slabs http://www.rakceramics.com/slabs.html. Says there they will absorb less that 0.04% water. If that truly is the case then I can't imagine those marks of yours being water related. Could they have been made by the installers using some type of pen or pencil to mark the proposed cut line? Again, what do they look like?

:)

Hy Mike they are not the marks of the pen cause i removed those ,the installer come and he already tried to remove them with the buffer and wax and they just fade a little, he told me that he can't get what they are cause he only used water with the blade. the installer is not the one who import the slabs he just cut them and polished the edges the marks looks like when u put water {or something}on something flat and then u stand it and it start getting down. it looks lighter then the real black colour

If those marks are water related, maybe they will disappear after it dries out. How long has it been since those slabs were cut? Over a week ago?

it was more than a week that they were cut, i guess they are not from the water i think they come from a granite cleaner spirit cause the installer gave me some to clean it with and today i just droped a little and it marked the top the same like it has :bang: what u think is the best to do now the installer say its not from this spirit but i guess it is

If you have a scrap piece of tile leftover, invite the installer back and demonstrate what happens when that "sprit" is applied.

I'm somewhat confused as to what that countertop actually is. Is it porcelain or granite? If it's granite then perhaps the surface has been doctored up to look nice and the "sprit" is removing the "finish".

Very fine steel wool does the trick on most manufactured stone. Test in a small area to make sure it doesn't make another mark. I've used steel wool to clean ceramic, stone composites, quartz and granite all with great results :tup1:
