500 billion spent fighting the war on drugs. Isn't this about what we have spent in Iraq? Which half-trillion was better spent?

Tough call. They're both inexcusable. I'll have to think more on it to pick.
They're both what? Oh boy......someone partied too much in his younger days?

I vote for Iraq.
The war on drugs is a huge waste of money. Has it stemmed drug use one iota?

hate to say this, but if we just taxed the drugs we could pay for Iraq and then some. :deal:

Neither. For me its like picking which Menendez twin you liked better--Lyle or Eric?
As for Iraq, we're in there now, and damn well better "win" (good luck defining that, eh") if we can.
As for the war on drugs, I'd legalize most drugs. I think single malt scotch is more harmful to people than pot.
Cigarettes kill more people than alcohol, pot, cocaine, heroine, crack, and meth combined.
But cigarettes are "legal", Ito. You're s'posta just naturally see the "logic" there.

IMO, We are getting negative returns on both investments. Time to cut losses and support Ron Paul.
