Some recent topics that you may or may not have heard about;

San Francisco, a city that declared itself a “no-military zone” in 2005, has now succeeded in removing the Junior ROTC from its schools. What’s next, our veterans having to wear a special tag that identifies them, like the Star of David, the Jews wore in Germany?

New York Governor Eliot Spitzer has been trying to pass legislation that would allow illegal immigrants to get drivers licenses. Fortunately, he finally caved in to pressure and abandoned the idea. Don't think you won't be seeing this happen again.

Civil rights advocates criticized plans by the Los Angeles Police Department to map the city's Muslim communities, calling it racial profiling. Considering that the biggest threat to America is terrorists and that 99.9 percent of them are Arab, I don't have a problem with this as long as the powers that be, have no other agenda other than to weed out potential terror cells.
There are an estimated 500,000 Muslims in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties. Needless to say, the ACLU and their attack hounds are all over this.
To learn more about the true agenda of the ACLU, follow this link:

My next tirade is against the Hollywood elitists, who seem to go out of their way to portray America in a bad way. Sean Penn meets with Hugo Chavez (why??). The list of Hollywoodians who bad mouth us to the rest of the world is endless, but to name but a mere few; Penn, George Clooney, Angelina Jolie, Tim Robbins, Martin Sheen, Rosie O Donnell, etc. That’s just a small percentage. I cringe every time one of these know-nothings shoots off their mouths and refers to America as terrorists while our kids are battling the real evil on the other side of the world.
Imagine being an American soldier and reading the anti-American rhetoric that’s printed in our papers every day. Have we learned nothing since the days of Jane Fonda making nicey nice with the communists in Vietnam?? Harry Truman would have thrown them all in jail!

************************************************************************
And finally, we have billionaire sports owner, Mark Cuban, now making movies that portray our soldiers in Iraq as rapists and murderous thugs. Yeah, making movies is as American as football and no subject should be taboo. Still, the anti-American movies used to come when the wars were over not while we were still engaged. Ya think this doesn’t give aid and comfort to the Arabs who want to see this nation brought down??

F- Mark Cuban and F-his politics. You should all protest his movie and to all of you Dallas Maverick fans, please show your support for our troops at the Maverick games.
Angry? Yeah, I'm angry!! WAKE UP AMERICA!!

This rant brought to you by; “Tile Rite”, flooring Americans for 20 years.

Rich

Until this year, NC was giving licenses to illegals.

Tighter license rules hit illegal immigrants

Yes Kathleen, being that I live in NC, I have been closely following this. We were also one of the last states to enact a version of Jessica's Law. It may be slow but its progress.

The nations largest atheist group are once again, protesting another dangerous nativity scene. What would we do if we did not have these thoughtful and caring souls to point out the horrors of our society?

thankfully there was a camra, the cop was way out of line
i understand that cops have a hard job and get the short end of the straw sometimes but this guy seemed to have an attitude from the moment he walked up to the car.
this is what gives cops a bad name.

Maybe the cop was right, maybe wrong. That boy was in Utah, the wild west. Maybe he should recognize where he's at a little bit better.

Ditto to that Dave H. The field is never the place to argue with a cop.

The cop was a point of some very harsh comments and death threats on the internet over this tazer incident. Today on the local news, the man who got tazer'd told the bad mouthers on the internet to grow up and quit the threats to the cop. The comments have been removed from you tube and the FBI is investigating the threats.

Moving on, it seems that there is a movement in Massachusetts to ban spanking, in yet another attack on parental rights.
