According to American Resistance.com the following states issue licenses to illegal immigrants
Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and West Virginia.

The information I gave on the states that give illegal immigrants licenses was inaccurate. Some of the states listed are no longer giving drivers licenses to illegals.
