Grout Cleaner

About 5 years ago I installed a tile floor in my kitchen and used a light brown grout. The grout has been getting steadily darker in high traffic areas and I fear there is a light coating of oil or grease that is preventing some of the grout cleaners from working correctly. Is anyone aware of a real good grout cleaner that "removes" oil/grease from grout. The differences in the color/shading are driving me nuts and I'd like to try to clean it up once and for all.

I recommend these to my customers and they have good results. Note the word "they" I don't clean grout :)
