How long should I wait after wiping down the tile with water before I apply the Enhancer Sealer? I am using a brand called Superior. The directions on the bottle do not indicate anything on this.

I'm not familiar with that sealer, but as soon as the stone lightens to it's original color, it's plenty dry.

Thanks. I've had to wipe the tile down due to dry wall dust so many times. This time I'll wipe it down, wait fir it to lighten then start sealing.

Be careful with the enhancing sealers. You want the surface extremely clean so that residues of the sealer dont become harder to remove off of the surface of the tiles.

I would wait no more than about 5 minutes even most products say longer before wiping the residue. Much more than that and you will most likely have problems.
