Can Enhancing Sealer be applied over regular sealer?

I am done with my 1st tiling job (a backsplash) I applied 2 coats of sealer to the tumbled marble tiles before grouting but now I think the grout and tiles would look better with more color.

Can color enhancing sealer be used over regular sealer and will it make much of a difference in the color?

You've essentially closed the door to enhancing with the sealing/ It needs to be able to soak in.You would need to strip the sealer.You can test a place but i don't think it would change much.
