Neutral grout cleaner?

Does anybody have a simple chemical solution for a neutral grout cleaner for client follow-up maintenance of their freshly cleaned ceramic tile and sealed grout? I’d like to leave some with each client as part of a ongoing program of maintenance. Thank you in advance for your help.
