please welcome my new daughter Aoife Catherine Maloney to the world, born this morning at 10 a.m . Mother and child are doing fine, and dad too.
For those who are not Irish, Aoife pronounces "E-FA"

Aoife Catherine Maloney
May the Irish hills caress you.
May her lakes and rivers bless you.
May the luck of the Irish enfold you.
May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you.

Congratulations! If this is your first child, welcome to the club! If not welcome anyway!
Seriously, being a father is one of the most challenging, astounding, painful, and at the same time, beautiful, rewarding, and definitely worth while things you will ever do.
And I also love little baby pictures!

I come from a large Irish Catholic family also (5 sisters, 2 brothers). There is no experience like it. There was so much laughter. We didn't have much, but there was a lot of love and you were never alone. Thinking back to those days puts a smile to my face and I remember them so fondly. I wish you and your wife all the happiness and joy a large family can bring. Cherish it. :)

Offer him stock options, Shaughnn. :)
Then form you a corporation right quick and issue some. I'll buy a few just to make it look legitimate. :D
