I was searching for something else on Google and came accross this fascinating web site about "Soldiers of Fortune" (http://www.netdotcom.com/revmexpc/fortune.htm) in the Mexican revolution.
The site has original postcards from the era and goes into a lot of detail about individuals in the photos. I found the individual histories fascinating and wanted to pass this along to the history buffs.
