What to do about shiny/dried on sealer?

My floor installer applied bulletproof sealer on chiseled travertine and let it dry without wiping it up, the result is shiny spots and streaking. What can I do to remove these spots? Are there special products? At this point I would like to try to fix this myself (even though I'm a true novice), seems like the best way to go at this point. Thanks in advance for any advice.

You may want to try Aqua Mix Nano Scrub. When I saw it at Coverings, they sampled it on over applied enhancer. I don't know if it will help the streaks, but it should help with the shiny areas.
