How to prep floor for final stone/grout sealing?

What is the best way to clean/prepare freshly installed travertine tile and grout before it gets a final seal. After grouting the construction crew has done some work and there is debris on the floor, I want to make sure I clean the floor thoroughly before the installer puts down a final coat of Stonetech Bulletproof. Are there any specific products or tools to make sure nothing gets sealed in that shouldn't?

Typically, we use a floor buffer with a white pad,or if the stone is badly clefter, or chiseled a soft tampico brush,and a stone specific neutral ceaner,and wet vac the residue up.
