For the record I must disclose that Jerry The Tile Guy did not do the tile installation in this home in Seattle. :yeah:

This home has been for sale for awhile. At that price easy to understand why.

I like the mortgage calculator at the bottom of the page. With no money down, just the mortgage insurance is $38,000 per month! :lol2:

That house is twice as big as the biggest house I ever worked on, and that house was too damn big. Man, you'd have to live in that place for two or three years doing all the tile and stone work. ;)

Wow, that is some butt ugly decorating in that place. I can think of better ways to spend 40 million. Wine cellar was nice though. ;)

That would make a fine compound for us right wing, anti-government types. :usflag:

Lovely, wine cellar. It looked stocked to me. Anyone notice the Dale Chihuly chandalier. I bet that alone was close to 500K.

Check out Dale Chihuly's website (http://www.dalechihuly.com) for more of his creations...we've got one of them across campus from my office that's just huge. Of course, what they don't mention on his website is that the piece is in a water fountain in the lobby of the cancer center (kinda ironic if you asked a cancer patient like me).

Cheers,

It was the swirrly thing. Dale Chihuly is a glass artist who does some amazing things. Wonder how much research a cancer center fountain would have covered?
