As a plumber I often install shower pans for tile base showers. I recently did one that had an offset in it incorporating a 45 outside corner in one of the walls. I am not comfortable having an outside corner inside the shower, dam walls are bad enough. I used a heat gun to gently heat and stretch a scrap piece of the PVC liner to make a corner. The liner does not stretch much which ment that I could not make the "apron" part of the corner very wide ( about 1-1/2" ). I will test the liner as soon as water is available at the site. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to deal with these outside corners? There MUST be a better way!
