Hello all.
I am almost about to move into a newly built house. I was recently at a home show and this product from Seal America was being displayed. (sealamerica.com)

They says it's a patented nanoseal technology sealer from Australia. www.nanotec.com.au. is the web site.

The examples he had of beading up and non-slip treatments were impressive.
He also says it will work great on granite. But I've always heard to be careful of what you put on your granite. I have delicatus and maron cohiba.

Have any of you heard of this product or have had this applied in your home on cement, tile, grout, granite, etc?

The product was so impressive I would like to use it, but I don't want a long term problem if applied.
It's suppose to be non-detectable even on tile. It does not darken the cement or applied surface.

Thank you,
Deb

Hi Deb :)

Seal America appears to be a new franchise forming. The nano products appear like they have good products. I have not seen or heard of them before. Would you use only the product, or the service?

What are the guarantees (if any)? I'm sure they will not protect against acids (commonly found in pop, shampoos, wine, etc.).

Thank you for response! No, it's apparently patented, so they are the only people in my vacinity that have it. You can't buy it yourself.
It's supposed to have a 10 year warranty against permeability.
I will ask them about acid and such. This 10 year warranty promises liquids will bead up, etc...even on their outside applications like the entire driveway. The salesman said it's the best available and longest lasting product on the market currently.
I'm heading into surgery in a few hours, but I'll be back hopefully in a few days to check all of your responses.
Thank you for feedback everyone!
Deb

Hi Deb :)

There are other products on the market that offer 15 year + warrantees. I'd be curious to their fee structure. You do have alternative opportunities. Where are you located?
