Uhh, I'm not sure, audio is more my thing, but you might try translating it to JPG format.

Beyond that, if you have a video auditing program. Say Paint or something even better, you can import the program then save it as a JPG file. Typically that will fix the problem. JPG (jpeg) files are much smaller than BCI, GIF or other formats. It's a mathematical thing, and Like I've told you before, I'm into cooking more than I am hydraulics.

or...did I say that? Anyway, if you can find the way to convert the pics, you'll likely be in good shape. No doubt there will be some folks along who know how to tell you exactly how to do that, in the mean time, my guess is you can figure it out. Try looking under "File" then "save as" perhaps there you'll be offered a choice. In some programs you need to look under "Edit", then choose something like "convert" or something... I just spend my time mixing creole seasonings, re-painting cabinets that the manufacturers can't seem to get right and build a shower or two in between.

There are some computer pro's on this forum, they'll be along very shortly. You'll have answers delivered before you expect them.

Hey Trask, You need some Photo editing software, it usually comes bundled with a bunch of other stuff when you buy a scanner or a dig. camera. If you don't have a program, ask around, a friend will have it and show you how to use it.

Check out irfanview, a freeware program for viewing/resizing/converting pictures. We recently mentioned it in this thread. (http://johnbridge.com/vbulletin/search.php?action=showresults&searchid=1177&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending) :)

If I can I'm moving this to the computer forum. If I can't I won't. :)

Trask,

Do you mean it's too big to attach here, or too big to email somewhere?

The Windows default image editor is MS Image Composer. It's in you "Programs" on the start menu.

I'm using the Irfanview that Dave mentions, although Cami turned me onto it. ;)

If it is already in jpeg format then you can use this little program to shrink it down to size. It is simple and quick and will number your pics as well.

It it is a BMP format then you would need to use another photo program to change it over to jpeg before sending..I that is your problem let me know.

Don't know if the BB software will let me get away with a direct attachment on a exe file but here goes...

Ok it did'nt work I'll use plan number two.

This is a very small program just click the link and the program will open as soon as it is downloaded or else save it somewhere then open it....no need to go though the hassle of setting it up....what you see is what you get.
Thats all it does is resize and rename jpegs.

JC,

You can put a link up to any file. Our software just won't open anything. Everything gets downloaded to the user.
