What do I clean my tile with?

We recently got new tile in the bathrooms. The only thing I see on the box is "Ceramica Cotto." Some people have told me to clean it with vinegar, but others say that eats away at the grout. What is the best thing to clean it with? I know nothing about tile, but I don't think he sealed it.
