Go Cami it will be alot of learning fun and a good time.

For many years I attended the National Restaurant Associations annual shindig at Mc Cormick Place in Chicago. Man was that fun. Oh and I learned some stuff too.

One thing I learned one year was what it cost if you get caught on the roof of the Conrad Hilton Hotel standing under the big neon sign.

After dark.
