Will stone sealer also seal the grout?

I am planning on having a travertine floor installed in my home. I have gotten some great advice from this forum. I am wondering if I use a sealer like Stone Tech Professional sealer on the stone, does that seal the grout also?

Hello Foggy,
There are a few different formulas of sealers, but they all work by saturating the porous material. As grout is porous, it's going to soak in sealer just like the stone, though it shouldn't react as dramatically to "enhancer" sealers as stone will. Make sure that you get a "kitchen suitable" sealer for food preparation areas though.
