Saltillo tile discoloration

I have recently had saltillo tile installed outside in a large patio area. After the installation was complete there is a white haze over most of the tile and it look wiped and smeared. Prior to grouting the tile was sealed but don't know what with. I have complained to the installer and have been told they will return tomorrow and use muradic acid on the the tile to clean it.

Is the the right thing to do and will it clean the tile well?

A white haze after sealing usually means the sealer is wet, maybe the tile was wet when it was sealed.This can be a problem, and acid washing isn't the solution,the sealer may need to be stripped if it can't properly dry out.They could reapply some sealer and reemulsify it and fix it maybe.Do you know what kind of sealer it is?Must be a water based.There is a chance there is some effloresence, but that would wipe right off if it was on top the sealer, and if it's underneath the sealer would have to be stripped.
