Miracle Sealers Ultimate vs. 511

I purchased the Miracle Ultimate Sealer. But after reading the forum, most people suggest the 511 sealer. Should I stick with the ultimate or return it to HD for the 511.
Should I get the impregnator or the porous plus?

Depeds on what you're sealing..do you need a heavy sealer like porous plus?That's mainly for stones that are porous,or saltillo.

I laid down porcelain tile. I am only sealing the grout.
Should I go with the 511?

I've never used the "ultimate" but I have used alot of the 511 for grout joints, good stuff. :)

Never used the Ultimate.

511 impregnator (2 apps) should be just fine for the grout. You could go for the pourus plus, it will go deeper, the vapors are about 10x worse and arround here it costs 2x as much.

If the tile is unglazed prcelain, you may want to seal it too, it may make cleaning easier. not sure if it will make the floor slipery.
Maybe someone in here who actually knows better can chime in on that one.

I will be returning the ultimateseal and be buying some 511 impregnator.

I also like the 511. You do have to be sure to get plenty of ventilation I also used a vapor mask that I bought for Y2K. (I'm such a nerd) :monster:
