I have just installed crema marfil marble in a new kitchen - I need to know the best sealer to use to protect from kitchen spills including red wine, coffee fruit juice and other common kitchen spills --- thanks for any help and explanations.

Hi Rogert, Welcome! :)
I'm assuming that the marble is installed on your floor. If it is, then you can't use the glass that I'd normally suggest. In this case you'll need either plexiglass or lexan. Only problem is the indgedients that you mentioned won't etch the surface, but the surface will scratch from walking on it.
Seriously, only a topical product will prevent the etching. You have two choices right now. Seal the grout, and be carefull to not spill anything acidic on the floor. If you do, blot it up immediately.
The good news is that when the stone does get etched/scratched (and it will), it is serviceable, and can be restored to it's original state by a stone restoration specialist.
