We wrapped up the night with four pieces of candy in the bowl and a final group of FIVE ghoulies. I had to play King Solomon and tell them that the oldest amoung them would have to go without. I swear the littlest girl in the crowd stepped back out of the group and said, "I'm the oldest, let the others have it". It was a very sweet gesture and made up for the packs of rude teenage boys from earlier tonight.

PS: Our property taxes are paid automatically through our escrow account. I dojn't actually know when they get paid. :)

A little boy costumed as a pirate (kid's name is Shaughnn) knocks on a door and yells "twick or tweet" the lady of the house thinks he's so cute she calls her husband. The guy looks at the kid and asks "where's your buccaneers?" The little boy replies "Under my bucin hat"
