Hi all
Just about done with installing the kitchen & dining room porcelain floor tiles and grouting 1/8" with Spectra-Lock product. The porcelain is a Grade 5 product and I'm hoping that it should never need sealing - including the grout. Do you concur??

Thanks,

Hi JoEllen :)

I concur with Dave. You may want to consider adding a neutral pH cleaner to your cleaning supplies. It's a great maitenance tool. It has dirt surfacants, and mixed to the proper dilution ratio, has nonstreaking and no rinse properties.

Thanks for your thoughts - what is a common neutral pH cleaner? Something like "Simple Green" or is it a tile specific cleaner?

Hi JoEllen :)

Try to stay away from simple green. A couple of expample of good cleaners would be Stone Techs All Purpose Cleaner (available here online), or Prosoco's Rinseless Cleaner. Yes, a tile and stone specific cleaner is best.
