Hello,
We have just had a house built with a large "Granito" Porcelain Tile floor area.
During the build the tiles have been stained by woodstain, ink and have been marked by the wheels of a painting tressle. The tiles are glazed.
Also the beige grouting has taken on a brown tinge (the tiles are beige). It looks a disaster.
Can someone please help. I live in Thailand by the way so don't have access to a lot of the propietory cleaners.

The good news is you have internet, anything can be ordered, there are very good cleaners and strippers, and porcelain doesn't absorb these things(usually). The bad news is the grout might be stained, and need restaining(to get a good consistent color) with a commercial stain like ones sold by Aquamix. Here is a link to a good company that ships outside the USA.....http://www.aldonchem.com/index.html
