Elevated exterior deck residue

We have installed 12x12 porcelean tile over durock/membrane/plywood last fall. At that time it was grouted and sealed. Currently deck (elevated) has "oil" residue around almost all grout lines. The residue eventually dries to a white powder. In the mean time it is tacky and the deck cannot be walked on w/ out tracking the goo all over. What can be done to elimante this problem?

Same efflorescence problem for you also,as the saltillo post.I would recommend a cleaning with a heavy duty tile grout cleaner, let dry, and an impregnating sealer,follow the sealers instructions.
