Sealer for sanded white grout in a beach bathroom

Porcelain tile with white sanded grout, joint 1/8".

This bathroom will probably see it's fair share of oil and lotion since it's a beach house. Not to mention, many people using the bathroom per day, so it's going to get hit hard with stains and dirt.

What do you recommend?
