Tomorrow is Fathers Day! Best of wishes to all of the dad's out there. Hope that none of you are working and that you have a wonderful day with your loved ones.
For me it will be a good day.
First I will be playing my new guitar at church with the early service music group.
At noon over to the son's to watch a little World Cub action. I can't believe how excited he and his friends have become over this event. I think Brazil is playing. Drink some beer hanging out with the 20 somethings.
Have to be home at 5:00 for the Dad BBQ.
If the weather is like today I will have a good time.
I have worked everyday this week in the field so it will be nice to relax.

Woke up this morning to Hannah sitting next to me in bed and waiting patiently to give me my very first Father's Day gift, a bottle of The Balvenie Double-Wood single-malt scotch whiskey. :yeah: It seems that Hannah's hit on a winning trend as she gave me a nice bottle o' gold last year also, and she was still "in utero"! Sara forgot again, but she's taking me to the Seattle Brewer's Guild Beer Festival today to make up for it. No driving for me, today! :D

Just got off the phone with mine! Even gave my mom a minute to talk! :D

My son will be coming over this afternoon. We're ordering carry out, no cooking today! :yipee:

I'll be kicking back and watching the NASCAR race.

The lawn and carpet might have to wait another day!

Happy Fathers day to all you Dads. I got breakfast and presents in bed this morning. :) I will be cooking, by choice. Pork loin has an herb crust on it and will be going on the smoker soon! :)

Oh, yeah, Dave, just had that this week..hey try some Montreal Steak seasoning on it,then some Blue Cheese dressing when you eat it......WOW!

Had a wonderful Fathers Day. The highlight was when my "bonus" son called to wish me Happy Fathers Day! :yipee: He has been very accepting of me right from the beginning.
