White grout in shower/bathroom

Hello--

How effectively can one seal white grout against soil or stain? We are planning to tile our bathroom floor, shower, and countertop, and would like to use white grout, but are worried about eventual discoloration. In your vast experience, does stain-resistant grout sealer work?

Stain resistant, but eventually...

Consider an epoxy grout. Some say it will yellow as it ages; can't say. But, it shouldn't absorb any stains.
