As much as I think the Iraq war is stupid and a waste of good men and money, the assination of Zarquawi today is a positive development.

I don't think that it will stop the IED or suicide bombers.

But this clown had the blood of a couple hundred Americans on his hands, and revenge is always a good thing.

It is good that we finally have gotten one of the leaders of the resistance, and I do hope that it has some positive results on the ground over there.

The dimwad misunderstood the deal -- it's not 72 virgins but 72 Virginians who are going to meet him in paradise and point out the wrong turns he took on his way to paradise. Just to be neighborly, they're going to give him a little momentum on his trip to his true destination.

Don't think it will make a lot of difference though. Still, good to get the bastid.
