Simple question:

I have recently tiled my bathroom in small mosaic glass tiles (approx 150 sf). Is it necessary to seal all of the grout lines, or just the lines that are in direct contact with moisture and/or traffic (e.g. floor and bathtub)?

Much obliged for any insight.

I'll tell you everything I know about grout if you'll tell us a little more about software development.

I think I would seal the whole thing because it's not hard to do, and it will protect the grout, even though it may not come in contact with water.

Use an Aquamix sealer (tile stores or HD) http://www.aquamix.com

Wipe it on tile and grout with a sponge, and immediately clean it off the tiles with dry rags or paper towels. That's it.

Thanks for the info, John.

I would be more than happy to attempt waxing profound on any of the software engineering topics.

Just lemmie know if you had anything specific in mind!
