Illegal Alliens, Katrina and Florida Gators

My brother had a great idea to solve three problems at once--the over-active Gators in Florida, New Orleans Katrina rebuilding, and illegal alliens. This may seem like a disjointed list, but follow me here.

First, we build the wall through Texas, Arizona and California.

Second, we dig a huge moat to protect our borders.

Third, we have to do something with the dirt, so we ship it to New Orleans and fill in the 9th Ward.

We still have a large moat with water, right? Go to Florida, ship out the most cantankerous Gators, and fill the moat with them.

Solves three problems in one......

I think that's close to working but instead of the Gators you should use 'Sharks with frickin' lazer beams attached to their heads' If it worked for Dr Evil (http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Set/6172/) years ago it should be absolutely smashing today.
