New Hat from Noble Company

Y'all are really going to be envious now. As you know, from time to time I get products to try out from various companies, and often they'll include a little swag . . . a tee shirt, a hat, etc.

Well, my friend Eric Edelmayer (E3) of Noble Company sent me a new hat, not a baseball cap, mind you. And I really appreciate it. The problem is that it's too big, or maybe I just don't know how to wear it. Seems like maybe it ought to have a string that you can tie under your chin. I'm a bit perplexed.

I really do love the hat, though, Eric. I can't thank you enough, buddy. ;)

I think you've lost your grip on your (fashion) senses.

Your new chapeau looks suspiciously like Noble's new drain flashing that allows a standard clamping drain to work with their NobleSeal TS membrane and provides for the construction of a totally non-Schluter blue Kerdi-like shower.

Except Noble, I belive, permits modified thinset over NobleSeal TS.

And it's lighter on your head than a complete Kerdi-Drain.

The allusion to the "fag bag" is a reference to a picture of the purse Felker sent me a couple years ago. I thought is it was a purse, but it turned out to be a strap-on six-pack cooler. :D

I just frizzed it across my living room. It's very aerodynamic. I'm takin' it outside tomorrow to see how far it will fly and if the neighbor's dog can catch it in mid-air. :)
